Q. Is it normal to still see no results after two whole weeks of dieting?
A. Absolutely. It is important to understand that a diet typically takes several weeks to really begin working. You see, your body gets used to certain habits, and if dieting isn’t one of them, it will take some time to adjust and respond before you see the results of your efforts. If you have dieted before, more drastic changes in your eating patterns will be necessary.
