Do I look fat in this dress? Is that a wrinkle? Is my tummy flat? How about my thighs? Are those love handles? Is that a zit?!
These are questions inevitably asked by women of all ages and the answers might be somewhat alarming . . . unless, of course, you know a little bit about the preventive and restorative aspects of health and fitness.

And although “beauty” can be somewhat superficial nowadays – between chemical peels, breast augmentations, collagen injections, Botox, cosmetic surgery and Restalyne fillers – it doesn’t have to be. Real beauty is determined by much more than the number of lines you see in the mirror each morning. It all starts with a journey. Are you ready to begin yours?
